If you received a damaged candle, wax melt, room spray, dough bowl, or freshie during shipment, we heavily apologize. Please contact www.SchulerFarmCo.com with your order number, details, and pictures to have this resolved.

Here at Schuler Farm Co we are proud of our candles, wax melts, room sprays, dough bowls, and freshies and their quality. We love them and hope you do too! If you don’t love your order, you can return the unused candle, wax melt, room spray, dough bowl, or freshie in its original boxing within 7 days of delivery.
Contact www.SchulerFarmCo.com to get your return started. We will need your order number and reason for return. Unused products may be returned at customer’s expense.

Exchanges**
Ordering a candle, wax melt, room spray, dough bowl, or freshie online can be scary! We understand that not every fragrance will be perfect for everyone.

You can exchange your unused candle, wax melt, room spray, dough bowl, freshie for a different scent within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, the scent you are returning and the scent you would like to exchange for.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return and exchange.
